Jewellers reach out to us every day through WhatsApp, Instagram and India's biggest jewellery exhibitions. We need someone fast, sharp and warm to be the first voice they hear.

What you'll do
• Call back every jeweller who messages us on WhatsApp, within minutes
• Understand their business in a short conversation and book demos with our Account Executives
• Follow up with contacts from trade shows while they still remember us
• Reconnect with leads who went quiet
• Keep our CRM clean, so nothing falls through the cracks You'll love this role if you

• Can talk to a karigar, a showroom owner and an exporter,



and make each feel understood
• Hear "not now" and still pick up the next call with a smile
• Want to learn B2B tech sales from the ground up What we're looking for
• 0–3 years in inside sales, telesales or customer-facing roles. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome.
• Fluent Hindi and English. Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada is a big plus.
• A jewellery trade background is a bonus.
