The platform offers free webinars, mental health assessments, and 1:1 paid counseling with licensed clinical psychologists and psychiatrists. Individuals can join therapy groups addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, bullying, work pressure, self-confidence, and health-related challenges. Mindspace Club uses free quizzes to help users understand the severity of their concerns and track progress over time. All services are designed to provide a safe space where people can openly share their experiences and choose how they wish to engage with the platform. Role Description The AI Video Ads and Creative Growth Intern will support the creation, testing, and optimization of short-form video ads and creative content for Mindspace Club’s digital campaigns. This full-time remote role includes conceptualizing ad ideas, drafting scripts, and collaborating with the team to generate AI-powered video concepts and storyboards. The intern will assist in refining branding messages, adapting creatives for different social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to improve engagement and conversions.



Day-to-day work involves coordinating with marketing and content teams, staying updated on mental health communication best practices, and experimenting with recent creative formats to enhance the platform’s reach and impact. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Creativity Skills and the ability to generate original, empathetic concepts for mental health-related content.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills for scripting video ads and conveying sensitive topics clearly and respectfully.
• Candidates should possess Creative Strategy and Branding skills to align video concepts with Mindspace Club’s mission and visual identity.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and video content trends is beneficial.
• Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment and managing part-time responsibilities alongside studies or other commitments.
• Interest in mental health advocacy and creating stigma-free, inclusive content is highly valued.
• Familiarity with AI tools for video generation, editing software, or design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is a plus.
