Khwaahish Diamonds | Chennai Full-Time Opportunity THE ROLE An opportunity to work closely with the Founder & Creative Head of Khwaahish Diamonds, and learn how an idea travels from creative direction to a finished piece of fine jewellery. You’ll work alongside the design and manufacturing ecosystem, translating creative direction into precise, production-ready jewellery designs. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Translate design direction and concepts into detailed CorelDRAW jewellery artworks
• Create accurate sizing, proportions and technical specifications
• Develop and maintain design sheets and production-ready files
• Work on costing and budgeting while developing pieces
• Coordinate directly with factories, manufacturers and production teams
• Follow up on sampling and development through different stages of production
• Make design corrections and adaptations based on manufacturing requirements
• Maintain organised records of designs, specifications, revisions and final files




• Ensure the original design intent is protected from artwork to finished jewellery WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Robust proficiency in CorelDRAW
• Understanding of jewellery construction, proportions and detailing
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Comfortable working with measurements, sizing and numbers
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Curious about fine jewellery, design and manufacturing
• Open to learning and developing under strong creative direction WHAT YOU’LL LEARN This isn’t a role where you’re handed a software brief and left at your screen. You’ll learn directly from the founder, understanding the thought, proportion, material and decision-making behind a Khwaahish piece, while gaining hands-on exposure to how fine jewellery is actually developed and manufactured.
