Li-Circle is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts and Compliance Manager to manage accounting, financial oversight, compliance, and reporting. This role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities
A. Accounting & Financial 1. Manage end-to-end accounting including data entry, reconciliations, journal postings, ledger scrutiny, and monthly closings by maintain accurate books in Zoho Books. 2. Prepare and review Trial Balance, P&L;, and Balance Sheet. 3. Coordinate reconciliations, ensure compliance with inter-entity protocols and assist with consolidation support. 4. Track advances, inter-entity transactions, and program accounting. 5. Process payments and handle vendor onboarding. 6. Maintain GST workings, TDS deductions, and coordinate statutory filings. 7. Maintain documentation trails and payment backups. 8. Prepare monthly MIS reports and budget-to-actual reports. 9. Support statutory and internal audits with schedules and documentation. 10. Work closely with internal departments for cross-functional coordination. 11.



Recommend improvements in finance processes and reporting formats. B. Compliance 1. CPCB/ KSPCB/ MOEFcc/ DGFT compliance
- registration, maintenance and updating of monthly, quarterly and annual data of all government documentations. 2. MOU / NDA and other associated agreement evaluation and execution with stakeholders. 3. Employer certifications including ESI & PF for employees' Qualifications & Requirements ● 1–4 years of relevant experience. ● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. ● Experience in audits, reconciliations, and documentation. ● Strong analytical and communication skills. ● Excellent documentation, coordination and communication skills. ● High attention to detail with robust analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
