Minimum 5 years Department: Finance & Treasury Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Treasury professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, primarily in banking operations and treasury management. The candidate will be responsible for managing banking relationships, day-to-day banking activities, fund transfers, cash and liquidity management, and coordination with banks to ensure smooth and efficient treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day banking operations, including fund transfers, bank payments, collections, and account management.
• Coordinate with banks for routine banking requirements, documentation, account opening, account maintenance, and transaction-related queries.
• Monitor daily bank balances, cash positions, and fund availability to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Manage fund transfers between bank accounts and ensure timely execution of payments.
• Prepare and maintain daily cash position reports, bank statements, and treasury-related MIS.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in coordination with the finance team.
• Coordinate with banks regarding payment processing, transaction limits, online banking access, and other banking facilities.
• Support short-term cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Monitor bank charges, interest costs, and banking transactions to identify discrepancies and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls,



banking procedures, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of banking transactions, treasury documents, and audit-related information.
• Liaise with internal finance, accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth treasury operations. Required Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA Finance would be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury, Banking Operations, or Corporate Finance, preferably with hands-on experience in managing banking activities.
• Robust knowledge of banking transactions, fund transfers, bank reconciliations, cash management, and liquidity monitoring.
• Experience coordinating with multiple banks and managing corporate banking relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting; experience with ERP or treasury management systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage time-sensitive financial transactions. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates with hands-on experience managing the banking side of treasury operations.
• Experience in corporate treasury or finance departments, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization.
• Ability to independently coordinate with banks and manage daily banking requirements.
