We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor – Study Abroad (VADODARA AND SURAT OFFICES) to guide students interested in pursuing higher education in the UK, Europe, New Zealand, and UAE. Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Counsel students on international education opportunities based on their academic profiles, career goals, budgets, and preferred destinations.
• Provide accurate information about universities, courses, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and application procedures.
• Specialise in study opportunities across the UK, Europe, New Zealand, and UAE.
• Assess student eligibility based on academic qualifications, English language proficiency, study gaps, and other admission criteria.
• Assist students with university shortlisting, application processing, offer letters, and admission documentation.
• Coordinate with university representatives,



admissions teams, and internal processing departments.
• Guide students regarding scholarships, financial planning, and visa documentation requirements.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and applications.
• Achieve assigned counselling, application, and enrolment targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Stay updated on international admission policies, university intakes, and destination-specific education trends. Requirements✅ 1–3 years of experience in overseas education counselling or study-abroad admissions preferred. ✅ Good knowledge of UK, European, Current Zealand, and UAE education systems. ✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and student counselling skills. ✅ Understanding of university applications, admission criteria, scholarships, and visa processes. ✅ Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and lead-management skills. ✅ Target-oriented approach with a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
