Role summary The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the work of the mechanics, ensuring that the service, maintenance, and repair of the company’s facilities, machinery, and equipment are carried out in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. Objective Ensure the plant’s operational continuity through the effective planning, coordination, and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring optimal operation of equipment and facilities, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and the development of maintenance staff.

Key responsibilities
• Coordinate and assign the work of the maintenance staff.
• Oversee scheduled maintenance and repair services on equipment.
• Review that equipment maintenance instructions are clear and that preventive maintenance is carried out according to operational needs.
• Analyze equipment manuals and translate the information into a preventive maintenance program.
• Monitor and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Install and repair equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Assist mechanics in diagnosing, resolving, and repairing failures in company equipment.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department the request for parts and spare parts.
• Ensure that all maintenance staff, as well as contractors, comply with company safety policies.




• Ensure the pretreatment of wastewater before its disposal and take part in the maintenance of the wastewater treatment system. Requirements
• Technical degree in Electricity, Industrial Mechanics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of technical experience, preferably in industrial maintenance.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of repair, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and manufacturer specifications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Key competencies
