Stipend ₹3,000 to ₹4,500 per month. We plan to make up to 30 reels a month, and every reel is another ₹150. Who should apply Only those candidates should apply who:
• Have a public Instagram account with their own content on it
• Are comfortable and natural on camera
• Can edit reels on their own, using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar (phone editing is fine)
• Are into streetwear, fashion and what’s moving on Instagram
• Have ideas and aren’t scared to say them out loud
• Can come to our Mumbai office on a fixed day every week

Role Description As an In-house Content Creator Intern, you will support the brand’s storytelling across digital platforms in a hybrid internship role. Day-to-day, you will brainstorm and produce content ideas aligned with upcoming drops, social media campaigns, and the “WHAT’S NEXT” brand philosophy. You will work closely with the core team to ensure consistent, engaging content that strengthens community and brand awareness. Qualifications
• Ability to create clear, engaging written content for social media, websites, and product descriptions.
• Interest in content strategy and brand storytelling, with an eye for maintaining consistent voice and messaging.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and digital content formats.




• Solid attention to detail, with skills in proofreading and editing short-form content.
• Genuine passion for fashion, streetwear, youth culture, and creative communities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with brainstorming, receiving feedback, and iterating on creative ideas in collaboration with a small team.
• Currently studying or recently completed a program in communications, fashion, design, marketing, media, or a related field is beneficial but not required. Day-to-day responsibilities include
• Come to our Mumbai office once a week and shoot as much content as you can in one full shoot day
• Edit your own reels: cuts, captions, music, transitions and trending formats, ready to post
• Create reels, GRWMs, styling videos, behind-the-scenes clips and trend-based formats for our Instagram
• Work from the content ideas we give you, and pitch your own. Good ideas get made What this role really is You’re the face, the voice and the editor.
