Role Description The Production Staff role at POPCONE is a part-time hybrid position based in Chennai, with some tasks that can be completed from home. On a day-to-day basis, the Production Staff will assist with preparing and measuring ingredients, operating basic production equipment, and helping to package seasoning products according to established standards. The role includes monitoring product quality, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, and supporting inventory and stock checks. The Production Staff will coordinate with the production leads, follow production schedules, and communicate any issues or improvements to ensure efficient and consistent output. Qualifications




• Ability to support Production Planning and basic Production Management activities, including following schedules and organizing daily tasks.
• Strong attention to detail in Quality Control, ensuring seasoning products meet safety, taste, and packaging standards.
• Clear and reliable Communication skills to coordinate with team members and report production status or issues.
• Capacity to assist with Training of new team members on easy production processes and safety practices.
• Basic understanding of food handling and hygiene; prior experience in food production or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform manual tasks, and follow safety protocols in a production environment.
• Comfort with a hybrid work arrangement in Chennai, with reliable access to work-from-home tools when needed.
