About the Role
We are looking for confident, motivated communicators to join our US truck dispatching operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in international BPOs, telemarketing, cold calling, sales, or customer support who want to develop a career in the US logistics industry. You will communicate with US-based truck drivers, coordinate with freight brokers, help manage shipments, and support daily trucking operations. We provide paid training to help you understand our processes and develop the skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with US-based truck drivers and freight brokers.
- Coordinate freight loads, route planning, pickups, and delivery schedules.
- Support drivers with live shipment updates and on-road operational issues.
- Track shipments and update statuses using dispatch software.




- Maintain accurate load records, rate confirmations, invoices, and other documents.
- Coordinate paperwork, factoring-related follow-ups, insurance matters, and compliance tasks.
- Handle time-sensitive situations with professionalism and accountability.
- Build productive relationships with carriers, brokers, and other stakeholders. Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with US customers over the phone.
- Experience in international voice processes, telemarketing, sales, cold calling, or customer support is preferred.
- Good multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work the US-aligned night shift.
- A laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of US geography, time zones, or trucking is an advantage but not mandatory.
