The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
• Explain service requirements, repair estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Explain additional service requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle maintenance.




• Ensure proper vehicle delivery and completion of service documentation. Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
• Experience in passenger car servicing; Toyota dealership experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with job cards, service estimates, and dealership processes.
• Ability to coordinate with workshop technicians and meet service delivery timelines. Preferred Skills
