Hi Professionals, Greetings from Vegaintellisoft Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 1 year of hands-on experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing high-quality IT professionals across North America, and managing candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing & Screening: Source qualified IT candidates using job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), Boolean search, and networking.
• Talent Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screening, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements, technical skills, communication skills, and work authorization status.
• Tax Terms & Visas: Understand and work with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, EAD, OPT/CPT).
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines for recurring IT skill sets (Developers, Engineers, Data Analysts, QA, Cloud Engineers, etc.).
• Interview Coordination:



Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, follow up on feedback, and prep candidates prior to interviews.
• Submission & Follow-up: Submit quality profiles to Account Managers/Clients within agreed SLAs and follow up on client feedback. Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a US IT Recruiter in a staffing or consulting firm.
• Portal Expertise: Valuable experience using portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
• US Staffing Knowledge: Good understanding of US hiring processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and US visas (USC, GC, H1B, OPT/CPT).
• Communication

Skills:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in US Night Shifts (EST / CST / PST).
• Negotiation

Skills:
Basic experience with rate/salary negotiations and closing candidates.
