Role Description The Sales Manager role at Mannapuram Gold Loan is a full time, on-site position based in Kakinada. The Sales Manager oversees branch-level sales activities, develops and executes sales plans, and works with the team to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales team, monitoring performance, guiding staff in customer interactions, and ensuring consistent service standards. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting local market outreach, and identifying new business opportunities.



The Sales Manager also collaborates with operations and compliance teams, prepares sales reports, and ensures adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in financial services or consumer lending.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and local market development.
