Responsibilities:
• Client Consulting & Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical roadmaps.
• Proactive Account Growth: Identify opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and actively expand account scope.
• Architecture & Strategy: Design up-to-date end-user computing and digital collaboration environments from the ground up. Primary Technical Expertise:
• Device & Endpoint Management: Intune, SCCM, AirWatch/Workspace ONE, MDM, WUfB (Windows Update for Business)
• Virtualization & Hardware: Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Devices
• Collaboration & Productivity: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and legacy migration experience (e.g., Lotus Notes)
