Position: Area Sales Executive Schematic Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Baroda, Gularat, India

Reports to: Deputy General Manager Sales – Schematic Engineering Industries

Role Purpose: The Area Sales Manager will lead and drive profitable sales growth of Schematic range of products across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. The role owns sales strategy definition & execution. Over time, the role will expand to include responsibilities of Local Service Engineers to be Managed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the sales growth strategy for Gujarat and MP.
- Set and drive sales targets at regional, and individual levels.
- Achieve ambitious growth targets while protecting profitability.
- Manage key customers and strategic opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5–10 years proven sales experience in B2B / API and Pharma industrial markets.
- Robust track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Experienced in sales strategy execution and CRM-driven sales management.
- Deep understanding of the Gujarat and MP market for API and Pharma Industry.
- Energetic, ambitious, and execution-oriented.
