About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive sales for our SaaS product.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demos and explain key features, benefits, and use cases.
- Follow up with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.




- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Ability to understand and explain software/SaaS products.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes will be an advantage.
