Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls and chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints, queries, and service requests.
- Deliver professional and effective customer support.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions and update information in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet performance targets, productivity standards, and quality benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, especially written English for chat support.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable handling voice and chat interactions.
- Positive typing speed and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on a 5-day working schedule.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
