Key Responsibilities

Quantity Take-Offs

- Measure materials, labor, and project quantities from architectural and construction drawings.
- Prepare accurate take-offs and quotations for assigned customer projects.
- Ensure all estimates align with project specifications and requirements.

Data Collection & Analysis

- Collect and analyze customer quotations, project data, and pricing information.
- Develop customer-specific notes, workflows, and standard operating procedures for team members.
- Maintain accurate project records and databases.

Estimation Support

- Assist senior estimators with cost analysis, market research, and proposal preparation.
- Support the preparation of reports, tender submissions, and project documentation.




- Contribute to continuous improvement of estimation processes.

Project Coordination

- Understand client requirements, project scope, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to develop productive project execution processes.
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations and company standards.

Reporting & Quality Control

- Prepare, review, and verify project reports, estimates, and customer data.
- Monitor the accuracy and quality of work performed by team members.
- Maintain documentation and reporting standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SketchUp, or similar 3D civil design software.
