- Monitor and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
- Handle HVAC controls and building automation knowledge.
- Resolve network and connectivity issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Provide customer support and manage escalations.
- Coordinate site activities, conduct preventive maintenance, and generate service reports.
Job Requirements :
- Experience in troubleshooting and monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC systems, and other relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and others.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle escalations.
- Familiarity with network and connectivity issues and their resolution.
