Key Responsibilities

- Lead global operational excellence and transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, quality, safety, waste reduction, and conversion costs.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvement strategies.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, RCA, and FMEA methodologies.
- Collaborate with plant leaders and cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, and SCM.
- Lead change management, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach teams and ensure sustainable performance improvements across locations.
