Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive to generate new clients and close deals for our Commercial and Residential Interior Fit-Out vertical. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

- Generate new leads for Office Interiors, Retail Fit-outs, Showrooms, Restaurants, and Luxury Homes / Flats / Villas.

- Develop business through builders, architects, IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Cushman), brokers, and direct clients.





- Cold calling, field visits, networking events, and follow-ups.

2. Sales Closure:

- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, coordinate with design & estimation team for proposals/BOQ.

- Present company profile, past projects, and quotations to clients.

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

- Maintain strong client relationship till project handover and get referrals.

3. Reporting:

- Maintain daily lead report, follow-up sheet, and sales pipeline in Excel/CRM.

- Submit weekly sales plan to Sales Head/Director.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Must have experience in Interior Fit-out / Modular Furniture / Building Material / Real Estate sales.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English & Hindi.

- Self-motivated, smart personality, and willing to travel for client meetings.

- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and laptop/smartphone.

- Strong network with architects/builders will be a plus.
