We are looking for an experienced Retired School Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Education Professional to lead school partnerships, academic operations, teacher recruitment and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish partnerships with schools across India for School Integrated Programs.
- Coordinate with school Principals, Directors and Management Teams.
- Recruit and manage qualified teachers and academic staff.
- Oversee academic operations, staff performance and training.
- Lead the launch and expansion of new School Integrated Programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 15+ years of experience in school education and administration preferred.
- Retired Principals, Vice Principals and senior school administrators are encouraged to apply.
- Robust expertise in teacher recruitment, school management and team leadership.
- Willingness to travel across India.
? Our Centre Locations: Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Bhopal and Pune.
? Base Location: Chandigarh / Mohali, Punjab
The position will be based in Chandigarh/Mohali, where all backend operations and central coordination will be managed.
? Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and suitability.
