We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to manage sales activities, generate new business opportunities, convert leads into customers, and guide the sales team to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, lead management, and team coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and acquire new leads through various channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Consult students in person and over phone calls to understand their requirements and recommend suitable programs or services.
- Develop effective sales strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue.
- Manage and monitor the sales team's daily activities and performance.
- Track sales progress, conversion rates, and target achievements.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students and existing leads.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
