Job Description: Telesales / Tele-Collection Executive & Customer Support

? Location: Gurukrupa Square, Singasandra, Bangalore

? Salary: 15k to 18k

? Experience: Freshers

? Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

?️ Languages Required: Any one of Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam, along with basic English

? Week Off: First two Sundays fixed; last two Sundays rotational

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads.

- Explain products or services and convert leads into customers.

- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

- Contact customers regarding pending payments and collections.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate support.





- Maintain regular follow-ups and update call records.

- Achieve assigned sales, collection, and customer engagement targets.

- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Fluency in any one of the required regional languages and basic English.

- Ability to handle customer calls and follow-ups confidently.

- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.

- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
