Job Title: Relationship Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate LAP loan leads through direct customer visits, DSAs, connectors and local market networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, property brokers and channel partners.
- Identify potential customers who require loans against residential or commercial property.
- Collect customer KYC, income proof and property-related documents.
- Coordinate with credit, legal and operations teams for loan processing.
- Follow up on loan applications from login to final disbursement.
- Achieve monthly loan sourcing and disbursement targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in LAP, Home Loan or mortgage sales.
- Skills: Customer handling, lead generation, sales and relationship management.
- Other Requirements: Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per bank policy.

Salary: As per experience and company policy, plus applicable incentives.

Job Title: Branch Manager – Loan Against Property (LAP)

Job Responsibilities:





- Manage the branch's LAP business and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Lead, guide and motivate the Relationship Manager and sales team.
- Generate business through DSAs, connectors, property brokers and direct sourcing.
- Develop relationships with self-employed customers, business owners and SMEs.
- Monitor loan files, login status, approvals and disbursements.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical and operations teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance and adherence to bank policies.
- Monitor team productivity, business performance and portfolio quality.
- Review sales targets and prepare regular business reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Relevant experience in LAP, Home Loan or mortgage sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Skills: Team management, sales planning, customer relationship management and target achievement.
- Other Requirements: Knowledge of loan processing, property documentation and local market development.
