- Hands-on experience in Quality Control activities such as test execution, defect tracking, and validation of deliverables.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles, including test planning, process compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of Quality Management practices to help maintain standards, documentation, and performance metrics.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings clearly.
- Familiarity with software testing tools, methodologies (manual and/or automated), and basic understanding of SDLC.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team workplace, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
