Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly, and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure an excellent guest experience and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and reservations.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and special guest requests.
- Collect guest feedback and report concerns to management.
- Maintain professional grooming, etiquette,



and hospitality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest relations, restaurant hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Valuable problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems are an advantage.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
