- Handle customer queries through the assigned customer service process.

- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.

- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: HSC / Graduate

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.

- Comfortable working from the office.

Salary and Advantages

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000, depending on experience and process.
