Business Development Executive – Cosma Fertility

About the Role

Cosma Fertility is a women’s health and fertility brand. The role is a consultative, target-driven sales position. The Business Development Executive will engage prospects, understand their needs and guide them towards an informed purchase decision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage prospective customers and conduct consultative sales conversations to understand their needs and concerns.
2. Explain the offering, its benefits and its relevance to the customer’s fertility and health journey.
3. Convert leads into closed sales and consistently achieve assigned targets.
4. Follow up on leads diligently and manage the pipeline through to closure.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and conversions in the prescribed format.
6.



Coordinate with the team and share customer feedback to improve sales effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in closing sales (not pre-sales or lead generation only) with a track record of achieving targets.
- Background in IVF, fertility, healthcare or other strictly target-based sales environments.
- Robust communication, empathy and consultative selling skills.
- High motivation, ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with defined targets and incentives.

Not Suitable

- Candidates whose experience is limited to pre-sales, lead qualification, or non-target-based roles.
