? Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote banking products and services.
- Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts and Current Accounts.
- Explain banking products and services according to customer requirements.
- Generate business through field sales and customer acquisition activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Complete customer documentation and KYC formalities as per bank policies.
? Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
