Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) division in Surat.

We welcome candidates with a proven track record in RMC sales, as well as experienced sales professionals from allied industries like Construction Chemicals, Tile Adhesives/Mortars, or Tiles & Ceramics, who have solid connections with local contractors, builders, and architects.

- Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify, target, and acquire new commercial, residential, and infrastructure construction projects across Surat and surrounding areas.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with Builders, Developers, Contractors, Civil Consultants, and Architects.
- Order Generation & Sales Pipeline: Present RMC offerings, negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Site Visits & Coordination: Conduct regular site visits to understand client needs,



coordinate with the dispatch/batching plant team to ensure timely concrete delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of ongoing and upcoming construction projects, competitor activities, and market pricing in Surat.
- Payment Recovery: Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms.
- Key Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in any discipline (B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering is a strong plus).
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of direct B2B field sales experience in:

- Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) (Preferred) OR
- Construction Chemicals / Tile Adhesives / Mortars OR
- Tiles / Ceramics / Building Materials
- Local Market Knowledge: Strong network and established contacts among local builders, contractors, and civil engineers in Surat.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and field sales skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily local travel across Surat.
