Job Description

Bake House Cafe is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent guest-handling skills, and practical knowledge of coffee making.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations.
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
- Take orders and ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Prepare and serve coffee and other café beverages.
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and guide service staff to maintain high service standards.




- Handle guest feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain in a restaurant or café.
- Practical experience and knowledge of coffee making is essential.
- Positive communication and guest-handling skills.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards and café operations.
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
