We are hiring Workshop Manager for our Authorized Yamaha Service Centre.

Location: YAMAHA SERVICE CENTRE, INDRAPRASTH COLONY, ITKI RD, PISKA MORE, RANCHI - 834005

Experience: 3-5 Years

Responsibilities:

- Manage workshop operations and service team.

- Ensure timely service, quality checks and customer satisfaction.

- Handle job cards, bay allocation and spare parts coordination.

- Achieve service targets and maintain CSI.

- Train technicians and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements:

- 4-5 Years of experience in 2-wheeler automobile (Yamaha preferred)

- Qualification: Diploma/12th pass/Graduation

- Robust technical knowledge and team handling skills
