Job Description: Store In-ChargeIndustry: Garment Manufacturing

Location: Hampton Business Park, Ludhiana

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1–5 years in the garment industry

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations, inventory, and stock maintenance.
- Handle the inward and outward movement of raw materials, accessories, trims, fabrics, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and ERP entries.
- Ensure proper material storage, identification, and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Merchandising, and Accounts departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety,



and systematic arrangement of the store.
- Supervise store staff and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Required SkillsKnowledge of garment industry materials, trims, accessories, and inventory management.
- Experience in stock handling, inward/outward documentation, and ERP or inventory software.
- Positive coordination, record-keeping, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage stock accurately.
- Ability to work independently and handle store operations efficiently.

Educational QualificationGraduate or 12th pass with relevant store management experience.

Preferred Candidate: A responsible and organized candidate with practical experience in a garment manufacturing unit.
