- Handle online customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls,website, and social media.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Explain product details, prices, GST, and delivery charges to customers.
- Manage online orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Maintain customer records and provide regular sales updates.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Bengali , English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling skills.
- Sales-oriented, confident, and responsible.
- Experience in online sales will be an advantage.
