acao – Artisanal Chocolates is looking for well-groomed, energetic, and customer-oriented Café Servers to join our premium café team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver a professional and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and assist them with seating and menu information.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or beverage team.
- Serve food, chocolates, desserts, coffee, and other beverages professionally.
- Ensure timely and courteous service throughout the customer visit.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and table presentation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Set up and maintain clean, presentable dining tables and the customer service area.
- Follow café service standards, food safety guidelines, and company SOPs.
- Assist with billing and order coordination whenever required.




- Ensure customers receive a premium hospitality experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

- Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
