About the company

The Indian Gym is a mobile app for gym owners in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. It replaces the register and notebook: members, fee reminders, collections, attendance, and a small store for the owner to sell products. Plans are ₹899 and ₹1,499 per month with a 15-day free trial. Udyam-registered, based at NIBM, Pune.

The job (this is a hunting role)

• Research gyms in Pune yourself: Google Maps, Justdial, Instagram, walking your area. Build your own list of local, owner-run gyms. No lead list is given.

• Cold call or walk in, meet the owner, and show the app on your phone

• Install it on his phone, set up his members and fees during the 15-day trial

• Convert the trial into a paid plan, paid online

• Stay in touch with each gym you sign for 90 days so it keeps using the app

• Log every lead and call daily in our sales console





• Expect 40 cold calls or 5+ gym visits a day. Target 5 to 10 signed gyms a month.

Who should apply

• Hindi and Marathi, confident with gym owners who say "I manage fine with a register"

• Own smartphone and reliable internet

• Field sales, Paytm/PhonePe/BharatPe merchant onboarding, insurance or loan agent experience preferred

• Gym trainers and supplement distributors welcome

• Reliable about earning on commission: this suits people who want to work, not wait
