Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and communication-skilled BPO Telecallers who can communicate fluently in Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, or Malayalam. Candidates will handle customer calls, explain company services, provide information, and support customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make and receive customer calls as per business requirements.
- Communicate with customers in the assigned regional language.
- Explain company services, offers, and processes clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain customer details and call records in the system.
- Follow up with customers and achieve assigned calling targets.




- Provide professional and polite customer service.

Required Skills:

- Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, or Malayalam.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-handling ability.
- Willingness to work in an office-based BPO environment.
- EligibilityFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable speaking at least one of the mentioned languages.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
