Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding home loans, personal loans, business loans, loans against property (LAP), and credit cards.
Explain loan products, features, and basic eligibility criteria to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and generate quality business leads.
Collect basic customer information and maintain accurate records.
Enter customer details and lead information into MS Excel and company databases.
Maintain daily calling reports and update lead status regularly.
Provide professional customer service and assist customers with their initial loan-related queries.
Skills and Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
Willingness to learn about banking and financial products.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
