We are looking for self-motivated and target-driven freshers to join our telesales team for regular night shifts. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers over the phone, explain our offerings, and close sales deals. No prior experience is required; full training will be provided on product details, pitch scripts, and customer handling.
Responsibilities:
- Call prospective clients daily using the provided lead list/database.
- Introduce products and services, explain features clearly, and highlight main benefits.
- Understand customer needs, resolve doubts, and guide them toward a purchase decision.
- Follow up with warm leads to close pending sales.
- Enter daily call details, customer status, and feedback into the system or Excel sheet.
- Achieve daily calling targets, talk-time goals, and monthly sales quotas.
- Work closely with the team leader to improve pitching skills and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass, Any Graduate, or Diploma holder.
- Explicit spoken English and Hindi with a polite and convincing phone voice.
- Complete willingness and ability to work regular night shifts.
- Basic computer operating skills and simple typing speed.
- High energy, patience to handle customer objections, and drive to earn incentives.
