Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented UPVC Production Manager to oversee daily production activities, manage the production team, ensure product quality, and achieve production targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UPVC window and door manufacturing, production planning, material management, and quality control.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and monitor daily UPVC production activities.
- Manage the manufacturing of UPVC windows, doors, frames, and related products.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timelines.
- Supervise production staff, machine operators, fabricators, and technicians.
- Monitor cutting, welding, corner cleaning, reinforcement, glazing, and hardware fitting processes.
- Ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and proper finishing.
- Manage raw materials, accessories, glass, hardware, and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with the purchase, design, project, installation, and quality teams.
- Minimize material wastage, production delays, and manufacturing defects.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, tools, and production equipment.




- Implement workplace safety standards and maintain 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Prepare daily production reports, material consumption reports, and manpower utilization reports.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure finished products are packed, stored, and dispatched safely and on time.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of UPVC window and door manufacturing processes.
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, and team management.
- Knowledge of UPVC profiles, steel reinforcement, hardware, glazing, and fabrication accessories.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements.
- Knowledge of quality control, material planning, and inventory management.
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Educational QualificationDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Relevant experience in UPVC window and door fabrication is preferred.
- Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
