We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements as well as EMC's internal hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and close positions within the given timelines.

- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements and EMC's internal hiring.
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from clients and internal teams.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure candidates join on time and reduce offer dropouts.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
- Handle multiple job openings and achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

- CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS





- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in client-based hiring and internal recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Apna.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and candidate management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Any graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
