- Job ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors or agents.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with insurance advisors.
- Motivate agents to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Provide product knowledge and sales support to agents.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers and agents.
- Maintain customer relationships and support policy servicing.
