Environmental Engineer – GHG Validation & Verification

Company: International Certification Services Pvt. Ltd. (ICSPL).

Candidates Preferred from: Mumbai and surrounding areas, Maharashtra

Job Location: Santacruz, Mumbai.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science or a relevant engineering discipline.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct and support GHG emissions validation and verification activities in accordance with applicable standards and program requirements.

Work with ISO 14065, CORSIA, Verified Carbon Standard (VCS), Global Carbon Council (GCC), Gold Standard, and India's Carbon Credit Trading Scheme (CCTS).

Review GHG inventories, carbon project documentation, monitoring reports, emissions calculations and supporting evidence.

Prepare technical reports, verification findings and audit documentation.

Coordinate with clients, project developers and technical teams to ensure compliance with applicable scheme requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in environmental engineering, GHG accounting, carbon management, auditing, validation or verification.

Knowledge of ISO 14064, ISO 14065,



ISO/IEC 17029 and applicable carbon program requirements.

Robust analytical, technical writing, auditing and client communication skills.

Relevant training or certifications in GHG accounting, carbon verification or sustainability will be an advantage.

Willingness to travel for client assessments and site audits, as required.
