The Role:

We are seeking a confident, communication-driven Sales Support Executive – Voice Process to support our business development team through B2B lead generation, international calling, and client engagement. In this role, you will connect with Indian and international companies participating in trade shows and exhibitions, introduce our exhibition stall design and fabrication services, and identify potential business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- B2B Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with Indian and international companies participating in upcoming trade shows, expos, and exhibitions to generate qualified business leads.
- Outbound Calling & Client Engagement: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce our exhibition stall design, fabrication, and construction services, and create interest in our solutions.
- Decision-Maker Connect: Establish communication with Marketing Managers, Exhibition Managers, Event Heads, and other key decision-makers to explore potential business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification & Requirement Gathering:



Understand client requirements, assess project potential, and obtain the exhibition stall brief, including stall dimensions, design preferences, project timelines, and budget.
- Client Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain consistent follow-ups through calls and emails to nurture prospects, build skilled relationships, and move leads towards conversion.
- CRM & Database Management: Maintain and regularly update client databases, contact information, call records, follow-up schedules, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Sales & Design Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure qualified leads and client requirements are communicated accurately for further discussions and proposal development.
- Target Achievement & Sales Support: Work towards assigned lead generation, calling, and business development targets while supporting the sales team in achieving overall revenue goals.
