Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents through telephone calls and WhatsApp.
Explain the academy's diploma courses, training programmes, fees, and career opportunities.
Counsel students and guide them in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and qualifications.
Follow up with enquiries and convert potential leads into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate student enquiry records and update daily follow-up reports.
Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission procedures.
Work towards achieving monthly admission targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents through professional communication.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, admissions, counselling, or sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
Confident telephone communication and convincing skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to work in a team and achieve assigned targets.
Good listening skills, patience, and professional behaviour.
