Job Responsibilities:
- Handle queries from international customers through calls, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow quality standards.
- Update customer details and maintain accurate records.
- Follow company policies and performance targets.
Eligibility:
- Graduates and eligible undergraduates, subject to process requirements.
- Good English communication skills.
- Freshers can apply; previous BPO or customer support experience is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
