3. Resolution of customer complaints
4. Flexibility to assist with customer walk-ins on the showroom floor during peak sales days or promotional events or as per requirement.
5. Own Phone (Sim card will be provided)
6. Basic computer skills (min. 20 WPM typing speed) for daily portal updates.
7. Fluent spoken Hindi and basic written English with correct spelling for names/address.
8. Fresher / experienced welcome.
9. Automobile showroom calling / sales experience preferred.
