Key Responsibilities
Travel to patients' locations (homes/offices) to perform protected, hygienic, and timely blood sample collection.
Verify patient identity, label samples correctly, and maintain proper sample storage during transit.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure a comfortable experience for patients.
Transport collected specimens safely back to the central lab within designated timeframes.
