We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales support, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Provide administrative support and assist with daily operational activities as required.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to improve customer retention and loyalty.
